The FN SCAR over the last few years has been evolving into a viable DMR platform, starting with the introduction of SCAR 20S. Ever since the inception and release of the fine-tuned SCAR 20S, SCAR enthusiasts have been clamoring for one chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. Recently, FN America announced a limited production run of the SCAR 17S chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor.
The Taurus Judge is a very polarizing revolver. The revolver garners either a love or hate-it response from most shooters. Recently, Taurus announced the release of the new Taurus Judge Home Defender. The new Judge features a longer barrel, an integrated top Picatinny rail, and space to mount a weapon-mounted light or laser. As with the previous versions of the Taurus Judge, the revolver will still accept .45 ACP and 410 ammunition.
With death, there is rebirth, like the Phoenix rising from the ashes, bigger, better, and more robust. In 1985, the world was introduced to the New Ultralight Arms (NULA) bolt action rifles. These new bolt action rifles weighed less than 5 lbs with short action, chambering calibers such as .308. Last year, Wilson Combat acquired New Ultralight Arms and, a year later, has updated the legendary rifle series for modern shooters.
