Earlier this year at Shot Show 2023, SIG SAUER introduced the Romeo-M17. The M17 was designed and built from the ground up to fit on top of SIG M17/18. What makes the new Zulu6 special is its capability to provide image stabilization without needing a tripod. SIG SAUER is calling this technology Optical Image Stabilization(OIS).
A few years ago, SIG SAUER reintroduced the iconic P210 pistol to the American market. The iconic Swiss-made pistol is beloved throughout Europe and around the world. SIG’s P210 still sees service in some European countries. The resurgence of the P210 in the US market has been well-received by consumers. In 2020, SIG SAUER introduced the SIG Cross bolt action rifle. The Cross was available in 16” and 18” barrel length and chambered in .308, 6.5 Creedmoor, and .277 Fury. SIG SAUER recently announced they have acquired General Robotics. The Israeli company develops robots and remote weapon systems for military applications. SIG SAUER seeks to become a one-stop shop military contractor that provides: weapon systems, optics, ammunition, robotics, and remote weapon systems.
