SIG Sauer continues to expand its suppressor lineup with the introduction of the Endure, a compact, lightweight suppressor designed specifically around the needs of bolt-action rifle platforms. Rather than chasing universal compatibility or hard-use duty cycles, the Endure focuses on what matters most to hunters and precision shooters: sound suppression, portability, and minimal disruption to the host rifle.
Additive Printing & Complex Geometries
At its core, the Endure leverages a 3D-printed titanium construction, allowing SIG to optimize internal geometries for effective sound reduction while maintaining a low overall weight. Titanium’s inherent strength-to-weight advantages make it well suited for bolt-action applications, where sustained automatic fire and extreme thermal loads are not primary concerns. The result is a suppressor engineered to suppress efficiently without unnecessary mass or bulk.
The Endure measures just 6 inches in overall length, keeping rifles balanced and manageable, an important consideration for backcountry hunters and shooters navigating dense terrain. Weighing 11 ounces, it minimizes forward weight while still providing meaningful suppression performance.
For mounting, SIG opted for a direct-thread steel HUB adapter, offering a straightforward and reliable interface with the host firearm. The suppressor is threaded 5/8×24, aligning with common bolt-action barrel standards. At the front, the Endure features a modular end cap designed to support future accessory compatibility. While SIG has not yet detailed what those accessories may be, the modular approach suggests potential expandability beyond a fixed end-cap design.
Visually, the Endure stands apart with a topographical pattern finished in black Cerakote, a subtle design choice that reinforces its intended connection to the backcountry and hunting environment without becoming visually loud or distracting.
