Cadre Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Safariland, Break Free, and HighCom Armor, has announced the acquisition of TYR Tactical in a deal valued at $175 million. Known for its high-quality tactical gear used by military and law enforcement professionals, TYR Tactical’s addition further expands Cadre’s footprint within the defense and public safety equipment market.
