Christensen Arms has announced the release of their new Ridgeline Scout Rifle. The new rifle was designed to bring a more compact and versatile case usage for shooters. The rifle is meant to go where you go without dragging around a big bolt action rifle on your hunting or shooting adventures.
The new Ridgeline Scout will feature a 16” inch Christensen Arms barrel. The barrel is made from 416R stainless steel and wrapped in Aerograde carbon fiber with a removable 3-prong flash hider. The barrel features a 5/8×24 thread pitch or an 1/2×28 pitch for .223 Remington. Christensen’s Arms barrels are buttoned rifles and hand lapped for supreme accuracy. This Christensen Arms barrel also has match grade chamber and is completely free floating.
The new Ridgeline Scout weighs in at 5.9 lbs, freatures a nitride bolt action, 0-MOA optic rail, barricade stop, and a Trigger Tech trigger. The rifle also comes with a 10-round Magpul AICS magazine. The rifles will be available in black or tan carbon fiber composite stock sporter stock.
The Ridgeline Scout is chambered in four calibers: .300 Blackout, .223 Remington, 6.5 Creedmoor, and .308 Winchester. The new Scout from Christensen Arms retails at $2,199.99 MSRP.

The 16” barrel with a removable 3-prong flash hider make the Ridgeline Scout an ideal suppressor host.
Statements from VP of Marketing
“We are excited to add the new Ridgeline Scout rifle to the Ridgeline series. The intent was to offer shooters the same familiarity and performance of the Ridgeline in a shorter, more compact, system. This Ridgeline Scout has the same accuracy potential and dependability as our field-proven Ridgeline rifles, as they share many of the same features, technology and components.”
Stephen Graham, Senior VP of Marketing, Christensen Arms
