Earlier this year at SHOT Show 2024, Smith & Wesson introduced the Model 1854, paying homage to the iconic lever-action rifle. Six months later, two new models chambered in the renowned .45 Colt cartridge were unveiled.
At SHOT Show 2024, Smith & Wesson unveiled their new lever-action rifle, the Model 1854. Back in 1854, Smith & Wesson patented their first lever-action rifle, the Volcanic lever-action. The new Model 1854 pays homage to that iconic rifle from 170 years ago. Smith & Wesson has taken the time and painstaking detail to craft a rifle that incorporates smooth and crisp action along with excellent craftsmanship.

Since its purchase of Marlin, Ruger has been doing a great job of reintroducing classic lever action rifles back into the market. On Monday, Ruger announced the Marlin Model 336 Classic in .30-30 Winchester. The Model 336 features a stain blue finish, a black walnut buttstock, and a 20” barrel.
In late 2020, Henry announced 32 new models of rifle and shotguns. Now, Henry has added four new hunting focus rifles for 2021. Henry will be releasing a .22 Magnum lever action, a .30-30 and a .45-70 level action, and a 12-gauge shotgun.
