Back in early 2019, Daniel Defense released its first ever bolt action with the Daniel Defense Delta 5. In winter of 2019, Daniel Defense added to the Delta 5 lineup with its Accuracy Package. Now, Daniel Defense believes it’s time to add to the family with the Delta 5 Pro.

On Thursday Daniel Defense released a safety notification in regards to a potential defect in the Delta 5 bolt-action rifle. The potential defect is in Delta 5 rifles manufactured prior to September 20th, 2019. Daniel Defense asked all Delta 5 owners to take this safety notification seriously. The affected Delta 5’s may contain a faulty firing pin cross pin, which could potentially lead to a unintentional discharge of the firearm.
The new DDM4 PDW was designed specifically in mind for home and personal defense. The PDW rocks a 7-inch cold forged barrel chambered in .300 blackout with an overall length of 21-inches from front to back. The PDW uses a Daniel Defense Linear Comp to blow that blast away from the shooter.
