Last week, Wilson Combat announced the addition to the AR9 family with the AR9X series of AR pistols and carbines. What makes the AR9X different from the Wilson AR9 is that it runs Wilson Combat-Mac Gar EDC X9 magazines. The AR9X comes in three different variants: pistol, SBR, and carbines, all using EDC X9 magazines. The Wilson Combat AR9X retails at $1,995 for non-fluted variants and $2,095 for the fluted.
The new DDM4 PDW was designed specifically in mind for home and personal defense. The PDW rocks a 7-inch cold forged barrel chambered in .300 blackout with an overall length of 21-inches from front to back. The PDW uses a Daniel Defense Linear Comp to blow that blast away from the shooter.
Recently, Franklin Armory released their new muzzle device called Aura. Giving shooters another muzzle device to fine tune their rifle builds. The Aura is your standard muzzle device and the Aura XTD is longer and provides a pin and weld hold at the bottom for 14.5 inch rifle builds.

We can usually splurge here or there on certain parts of the build. You might spend a little extra cash on the barrel, trigger, or BCG. You always look to make a highly optimized rifle but, it doesn’t have that full touch of complete. At, least I have that feeling during a build.
