The new MBUS 3 iron sights by Magpul sit at just 0.44” high when folded and 1.15” at its widest point. The new MBUS 3 takes design language and aesthetics from the popular MBUS Pro sights. The MBUS 3 sights are made from impact resistance polymer and feature ambidextrous push button deployment for both front and rear sight. The sights also feature tool-less elevation adjustments with dual width enhanced front sights similar to the MBUS Pro front sight.

Product Description
The next evolution in our MBUS (Magpul Back-Up Sight) line, the MBUS 3 incorporates the best features, strengths and value of our original MBUS and MBUS Pro Sights in a feature-packed back-up sight system.
Significantly reduced in size from the MBUS, it sits at just 0.44” high when folded and 1.15” at its widest point. Its aesthetics are derived from the MBUS Pro, but the MBUS 3 Front Sight is constructed of our impact-resistant polymer, making it lightweight and extremely durable. Featuring the same spring-loaded technology as its predecessor, they can be deployed with an ambidextrous push-button. The MBUS 3 sits at standard AR-height when deployed.
The MBUS 3 Front Sight includes tool-less elevation adjustments and a dual width enhanced front sight similar to the MBUS Pro.
MBUS 3 Sights will be available in Black, Flat Dark Earth, Stealth Gray, and OD Green.

The new MBUS 3 iron sights are on Magpul’s website but, not available yet. The new sights are at a competitive price point for iron sights. The new MBUS 3 iron sights sell together for $99.90 MSRP. Separately, the front sight retails for $39.95 for the front and $59.99 for the rear sight, respectively.

I was deployed twice during my time in. I did one deployment to Afghanistan and my second was on apart of 31st MEU. I departed the military in September of 2015. I currently work as an RSO at a local range in Vegas.
