JK Armament has partnered with Midwest Industries to offer two suppressor-ready AR-15 upper receivers designed to complement JK Armament’s series of suppressors. The JK/MI uppers are available in 11.5-inch and 16-inch versions.
This collaborative upper features a Midwest Industries upper with Night Fighter Handguards, a chrome-lined Criterion Core Barrel with a 1:8 twist, an MI Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group, a Radian SD Charging Handle, and a JK War Eagle muzzle device.

We’ve joined forces with Midwest Industries to present our customers with two exceptional, ready-to-use AR-15 upper receiver options. Offered in both 16-inch and 11.5-inch barrel lengths, the MI/JK upper comes with a JK HD War Eagle muzzle device pre-installed on the 1/2×28 muzzle threads.
Suppressor-ready straight out of the box, the MI/JK upper features an MI Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group, a Radian Weapons SD Charging Handle, and a dependable direct impingement gas system. Chambered in .223 Wylde, the upper is equipped with a chrome-lined Criterion Core Barrel in a 1:8 twist, ensuring reliable performance with both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition.
