The WZL™ is a magazine enhancement that enables rapid visual and tactile confirmation that a magazine is fully loaded, allowing easy differentiation between magazines with mixed loadouts. When loaded with 30 rounds, an indicator—available in black, blue, or orange—emerges from the baseplate, making it simple to identify magazines carrying different types of rounds, such as ball, tracer, supersonic, or subsonic.
The three-color options provide users with the ability to quickly and confidently identify three separate loadouts when used in conjunction with standard floor plate/lock plate combinations. The indicator features an indentation around its side for easy application of a paint pen for further distinction of round type. In scenarios where time and visibility are compromised, the WZL™ offers visual and tactile verification that your magazine is fully loaded and that you’ve selected the intended ammunition.
WZL™ comes in a three-pack and is compatible with all GEN M2™ and GEN M3™ Magpul® PMAG®s for 5.56 and .300 blackout. It also works with a Ranger Plate™ and a MagPod. It is not compatible with magazine limiters or round-limited magazines, such as 10/30s.
