Holosun Unveils Next-Generation IRIS Series Lasers Starting With IRIS-1

At Shot Show 2025, Holosun introduced the IRIS Series, a reimagined lineup of precision laser devices designed for maximum performance and versatility aimed at capturing the civilian aiming laser market. Leading off the series is the IRIS-1 is a single function, lightweight, compact, and highly functional laser system available in Red, Green, or Infrared (IR) versions.

Smaller, Lighter, and More Functional

The IRIS-1 features a redesigned 7075-T6 aluminum housing, reducing weight by 33% and overall height by 20% compared to the previous LS Laser Series. These improvements make the IRIS-1 more ergonomic and easier to integrate into rifle setups, especially for users prioritizing low-profile configurations.

Notable design enhancements include:

• On-board fire button for momentary or constant-on activation.

• Rear-facing selector switch for quick mode and power adjustments.

• Remote activation button included, allowing for versatile control options.

Precision and Power

The IRIS-1 delivers high-precision laser performance with windage and elevation adjustments of 0.5 MOA per click. It is available in:

• Infrared (IR) VCSEL Laser Pointer (0.7mW) for night vision applications.

• Green or Red Laser (5mW) for visible aiming solutions.

Additional specifications include:

• AA battery-powered operation, ensuring easy and widely available power sources.

• Lightweight at 4.6 ounces, maintaining a balanced firearm setup.

• Durable 7075-T6 aluminum housing, built for tactical and field use.
