SIG SAUER Expands P211 Lineup with GT4 and GT5 Pistols
SIG SAUER continues to build momentum behind its double-stack 1911 platform with the expansion of the P211 lineup, officially introducing the P211-GT5 and P211-GT4.
Originally unveiled at Shot Show 2026, both models are now fully released and ready for market. These additions build on the foundation established by the original P211 GTO, further refining SIG’s approach to a modern, hammer-fired, double-stack pistol.
Two Roles, One Platform
The expansion of the P211 lineup is clearly defined by purpose.
The GT5 is a full-size pistol designed for duty use and competitive shooting, prioritizing control, recoil management, and overall performance.
The GT4, on the other hand, takes that same DNA and scales it down into a more compact package offering a concealed carry-friendly profile without sacrificing the capacity and shootability expected from the platform.
