Sig Sauer continues to expand its popular M400 lineup with the introduction of the new FORGE series. Designed to deliver duty-grade performance straight out of the box, the M400-FORGE series is offered in two configurations: an 11.5-inch pistol variant and a 16-inch rifle.
Both models are built around cold hammer forged barrels and feature free-floating M-LOK handguards, a TriggerTech AR-15 Duty two-stage trigger, and Magpul furniture. SIG also includes its ROMEO-MSR Gen II red dot optic with each rifle, positioning the FORGE series as a ready-to-run platform for a wide range of applications.

M400-Forge Pistol
The M400 FORGE PISTOL is brings duty-grade performance to a compact AR platform. Built around an 11.5″ cold hammer forged barrel with a carbine-length gas system, it is engineered for durability, smooth cycling, and reliable accuracy in demanding conditions.

Its TriggerTech 3.5 lb two-stage flat blade duty trigger delivers a crisp, consistent break, while the 10″ M-LOK handguard, full-length Picatinny top rail, and ambidextrous charging handle give shooters a highly adaptable and ergonomic setup. The Magpul BSL arm brace enhances stability without adding unnecessary bulk.
Each M400 FORGE comes equipped with a ROMEO MSR Gen II 2 MOA red dot, complete with 12 illumination settings, 35,000-hour runtime, and IPX7 waterproof performance, making it ready straight out of the box.
Chambered in 5.56 NATO, the M400 FORGE weighs just 6.2 lbs. and measures 27.8″ to 29.8″ overall. With a 30-round magazine included, it is a compact, capable, and dependable option for professional applications or personal defense.
