On Thanksgiving Day, Activision released a blog post of the roadmap for Season One content for Modern Warfare. Giving everyone a firsthand look at the content coming to multiplayer. Activision states that this is the biggest free content drop ever in the Call of Duty Series.
About three weeks ago YouTuber TheGamingRevolution twitted about potential supply drops being brought to the new Modern Warfare game. In the tweet he informs fans that over 300 emotes, 200 skins, and 500 titles will be within the supply drops (aka loot boxes). Later down the road weapons would be in those supply drops.
In the past couple of days Infinity Ward has released a couple of new trailers for Modern Warfare. The new Modern Warfare is only a few weeks away from its October 25th release date.
On Tuesday, during PlayStation 20 minutes State of Play we received our first official look at Modern Warfare story line. It follows the same theme and plot points of other Call of Duty games. Check out the trailer above.
Today, Infinity Ward hosted a livestream on this weekend beta and crossplay functionality for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. The crossplay feature will allow fans of Modern Warfare series to test their skills against Xbox, PS4, and PC gamers from around the world.
Yesterday, on Infinity Ward’s YouTube page they released a 24-minute gameplay trailer for the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare releasing October 25. The gameplay trailer is standard multiplayer goodness you would expect for the Call of Duty franchise.
