Sig Sauer Releasing the Sig Sauer P365 XL this Summer.
News|Industry News

Monday morning internet scuttlebutt was abuzz about Sig adding a new handgun to its P365 lineup. There where “leaked” photos and information on the new pistol coming from blogs and other sources. (There are no such things as leaks nowadays just strategic press releases by companies.) The new P365 XL is larger than the original P365 which the XL implies. I believe it will be a direct answer to Glock 43x and more specifically the Glock 48.
From reading various articles on the “leaked” P365 XL reports are saying it will be released in June. I have also read July and August while other articles have just said summer of 2019. What we do know for sure is that it will be released sometime this summer.

The new P365 XL will come with a X-Series grip module with integrated carry magwell and extended beaver tail. Also, included is a 3.7-inch barrel, flat trigger with a 90 degree break, Sig’s Day/Night sights, optic ready slide, and (2) 12-round magazines.

Keep an ear to the ground for a potential release date but, expect to see it in gun stores summer of this year.
