Yesterday, news broke that Final Fantasy VII:Remake has been delayed from its original March 3rd release. A note from producer Yoshinori Kitase infromed fans that FFVII new release date has been set to April 10th. The reasoning behind the delay was to give FFVII:Remake the final polish it needs.

In message from the studio Kitase states, “We are making this tough decision in order to give ourselves a few extra weeks to apply final polish to the game and to deliver you with the best possible experience. I, on behalf of the whole team, want to apologize to everyone, as I know this means waiting for the game just a little bit longer. Thank you for your patience and continued support.”

It seems like we will have to wait a little longer for the release of FFVII:Remake. Hopefully, the extra month will give the game the polish and refinement it go an amazing experience.
