Sons Of Liberty Gunworks (SOLGW) and Brownells have teamed up to bring consumers an AR-15 parts kit called the M4-EXO3 rifle build kit. This kit is made by SOLGW and will only be available through Brownells’ website. The new M4-EXO3 build kit features everything to you need to assemble your upper receiver and all the parts to complete your lower receiver. Lower receiver is sold separately since it is a serialized item and tracked by the ATF.
The SOLGW exclusive from Brownells comes with a 16” barrel with a 1:7 twist rate, mid-length gas system, and a A2 birdcage muzzle device. The build also comes with a 15” SOLGW EXO3 handguard with M-Lol slots for the mounting of lights and laser devices. The kit also features B5 Systems Bravo stock and Type 23 P pistol grip. The lower comes completely stripped so owners must install dust cover and forward assist. As stated before the rifle build kit comes with all the parts to assemble your lower receiver.
Below, is the product description of SOLGW’s M4-EXO3 Rifle build kit.
Product Description
You’ve seen what happens when Sons of Liberty Gun Works and Brownells partner up on unique products before, and now it’s happened again with the M4-EXO3 Rifle Build Kit.
This M4-EXO3 Rifle Build Kit includes every single component, less a lower receiver, you will need to build a high quality, 16in barreled, 5.56 chambered rifle, all in one box.
Want to build out an AR-15 rifle but unsure of what all parts you’ll need to buy, or confused about making sure the parts you do buy will be compatible?
This kit is for you.
At the heart of this build kit you’ll find a 16”, 5.56×45 NATO chambered barrel with a 1-7 rate-of-twist, a QPQ finish, and ½-28 muzzle threads for the included A2 flash hider. The Mid-Length gas tube and low-profile gas are there ready for installation as well.
And of course, to go along with your 5.56 barrel you’ll receive an M16 Bolt Carrier Group that has undergone proper testing and staking.
The upper receiver itself comes stripped with all necessary components to assemble it and holds the tight tolerances that Sons of Liberty Gun Works is known for.
Speaking of necessary components, just because a lower receiver isn’t included in this Build Kit doesn’t mean we didn’t think of it as well.
Inside the Build Kit you’ll find all the lower parts, including trigger, to properly build out a stripped lower receiver. That also includes a 6-position buffer tube assembly, B5 Systems SOPMOD Bravo buttstock and P-23 pistol grip.
The handguard is a 15”, Sons of Liberty Gun Works EXO3 which is M-LOK, includes their robust steel barrel nut, and has the slick anodized finish that perfectly matches the upper receiver. The proper barrel nut wrench is included as well.
And of course, we can’t forget the ambidextrous Liberty Charging Handle.
In the box you’ll also find a list of recommended tools and shop supplies to help in your assembly, and a list of important torque specs to follow.
So whether this is your first build, or you’re a seasoned DIY AR builder looking for quality and convenience, the Sons of Liberty Gun Works M4-EXO3 Rifle Build Kit from Brownells is right for you.
The new Sons Of Liberty Gunworks M4-EXO3 Rifle Build Kit is available on Brownells’ website. The rifle build kit from SOLGW retails for $1,299 MSRP.
