Last week, Cloud Defensive releases their follow-up to their popular optimized weapon light (OWL) from 2018. Now, meet Cloud Defensive’s sophomore release the REIN (Rail mounted Environmental IllumiNator). The new REIN is bright and powerful featuring 1,400 lumens of light. Cloud states the REIN, “is the most powerful, durable, innovative, and complete weapon light system on the market.”

The new REIN for Cloud Defense has a bevy of thoughtful features built into this weapon light. The REIN features a field-serviceable lens, a field-serviceable tail cap, and an electrically isolated dual-switching capability for redundancy. The new weapon light works with existing scout light mounts. The REIN also features the world’s first third generation Light Control System including a proprietary remote switch with tail-cap, that is designed for weapon mounted use. The switch also has momentary-on and constant-on functionality. The new REIN also has an waterproof rating of IPX8. Which gives you 100ft of depth for 24 hrs.

The new REIN from Cloud Defensive retails at $314.99 for the standard kit and $369.99 for the complete kit. The new REIN is also available in a micro version if you want to go a little bit smaller.

Cloud Defensive, an All-American lighting solutions and accessories manufacturer unveils its newest product – the REIN. The REIN (Rail mounted Environmental IllumiNator) is the most powerful, durable, innovative, and complete weapon light system on the market.
