Recently, Timney Triggers announced the release of a new trigger for the CZ Scorpion platform. Previously, CZ owners had a very limited choice on trigger upgrades now with the new Timney trigger that has moved the needle in the right direction. The new drop in trigger features a factory pull weight between 2 3/4- 3 3/4 pounds. The new CZ Scorpion trigger by Timney is available now and retails at $249.

With the availability of accessories and attachments available for the Scorpion platform, it’s no wonder the popularity of the highly customizable rifle. From several braces, grips, forends, magazines, safeties, mag releases, charging handles – all designed specifically for the rifle.

Timney engineered every component of the new Scorpion trigger to elevate your accuracy featuring a preset, factory pull weight of 2 ¾ to 3 ¾ pounds.
The trigger’s hammer and trigger shoe are precision-machined, heat-treated to 56 Rockwell C with a black oxide trigger coating, and an NP-3 plated hammer for maximum lubricity and a lifetime of reliable performance. The Timney Scorpion is backed by the legendary Timney No Hassle, Lifetime Warranty, and is being originally offered in a curved trigger shoe model. MSRP is $249.99 and the Timney Scorpion trigger is compatible with all CZ Scorpion models.

Now, a little bit about me. I served six years in the Marines Corps as an 0311. I was in 2nd BN 4th Marines, 5th Marine Reg, 1st Mar Div. I was in Golf Company while in 2/4. I was deployed twice during my time in. I did one deployment to Afghanistan and my second was on apart of 31st MEU. I departed the military in September of 2015. I currently work as an RSO at a local range in Vegas.
