Premier Body Armor has been updating and improving its lineup of affordable plate carriers and body armor for the consumer market. Recently, the company has announced the addition of their new Core Plate Carrier which includes cummerbund armor for side plates. The new Core plate carrier will be compatible with most 10×12 Premier plates and will be available in 5 different colors.
The Core series plate carrier seeks to marry both durability and performance into one package. The plate carrier features traditional MOLLE and laser-cut MOLLE for mounting gear onto your plate carrier. The cummerbund also features laser-cut MOLLE on the inside and outside for the mounting of gear and accessories.
The Core series of plate carriers comes with Level IIIA cummerbund plates that are capable of stopping .45ACP. The carrier also includes First Spear Rapid Release technology for easy putting on and taking off your plate carrier.

I was deployed twice during my time in. I did one deployment to Afghanistan and my second was on apart of 31st MEU. I departed the military in September of 2015. I currently work as an RSO at a local range in Vegas.
