Recently, CZ and CZ USA dropped images on social media of their new compact bolt action rifle. Compact bolt-action rifles have been gaining popularity over the last couple of few years with Q’s Fix and Christensen Arms with their Modern Precision Pistol to name a couple. Now, CZ is introducing their interpretation of compact bolt action in the CZ 600 Trail.
The new bolt action from CZ will be chambered in .223 Remington or 7.62×39. The CZ 600 Trail features: M-Lok handguard, an interchangeable AR-15 pistol grip, a four-position telescopic stock with cheekpiece on the left side, and takes CZ Bren 2 M series magazines. The CZ 600 Trail will also have a double stage trigger with adjustable pull weight, a lockable magazine, a 60 degree bolt throw on the action.

Product Description
CZ 600 Trail is a compact little fella that can be with you everywhere you go. It is, however, capable of surprising performance. A compact, bolt-action model with controls similar to those found on modern sporting rifles, the CZ 600 TRAIL delivers high levels of accuracy in a compact package. Long Picatinny rails are integrated on both the top of its aluminum receiver and forend. Additional mounting points include M-LOK® slots on the forend. The AR-15 compatible pistol grip features interchangeable backstraps that are compatible with the CZ P-09 pistol. The four-position telescopic stock features a cheekpiece on the left side. The 223 Rem. caliber model is compatible with AR magazines. The 7.62×39 caliber model is compatible with the original CZ BREN 2 / CZ BREN 2 Ms series fiber-reinforced polymer magazines.

Now, a little bit about me. I served six years in the Marines Corps as an 0311. I was in 2nd BN 4th Marines, 5th Marine Reg, 1st Mar Div. I was in Golf Company while in 2/4. I was deployed twice during my time in. I did one deployment to Afghanistan and my second was on apart of 31st MEU. I departed the military in September of 2015. I currently work as an RSO at a local range in Vegas.
