Nightforce Unveils Limited Production Run Of S-VPS And P-VPS ATACR Scopes Used By SOCOM

Nightforce Optics has earned a stellar reputation for producing rugged and reliable scopes for the military, law enforcement, and civilian markets. Their optics are highly esteemed within the special forces community for their durability and dependability in challenging combat environments. Now, Nightforce is excited to introduce a limited run of SOCOM contract ATACR scopes, complete with additional accessories. The SOCOM ATACR models available are the S-VPS and P-VPS scopes.
The Squad Variable Power Scope (S-VPS) is a 1-8x24mm first focal plane (FFP) scope featuring Nightforce’s unreleased TERMOR8 reticle. The accessory pack for this scope includes lens caps, an Ultramount, and Magpul backup iron sights, providing a comprehensive setup for tactical applications.

The Precision Variable Power Scope (P-VPS) is a 7-35×56mm FFP riflescope equipped with the TERMOR3 reticle. Similar to its LPVO counterpart, the P-VPS accessory pack includes lens caps, an Ultramount, and Magpul backup iron sights, ensuring that users have all the necessary components for precision shooting.

The MIL-SPEC line of scopes are adapted versions of the proven ATACR family. Nightforce MIL-SPEC riflescopes undergo additional testing to ensure that they will perform reliably, repeatedly, and without fail, when combat conditions are at their worst.
This is a limited production run of 300 units of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Squad Variable Power Scope (S-VPS), which is part of the Miniature Aiming Systems-Day Optic (MAS-D) program. This kit includes a MIL-SPEC ATACR 1-8x24mm F1 with Horus TREMOR8 Reticle and includes the accompanying accessories, mounting kit, tools, and manuals, all in the commemorative hard case.
The limited production run of the S-VPS and P-VPS are available now on EuroOptic and Mile High Shooting websites. These two optics come at a hefty price yet come complete and ready to mount to the gun of your choice. The S-VPS retails for $4,535, while the P-VPS retails for $5,890. If you are interested and have the funds act now, Nightforce is releasing a small production run of 300 for each scope to the civilian market.
