Last year, Radian Weapons debuted the Guardian optic mount and guard for the RMR on the Glock MOS footprint. Now, Radian seeks to expand the Guardian lineup with multiple new entries. The new Guardian mounting system will be available in the Glock MOS footprint for the 407 and 507k series of optics. Additionally, the company will introduce the Guardian system to the Walther PDP family of pistols, also accommodating the RMR and 407/507k series of red dots.

The Guardian optic mount and guard is the strongest and most robust system on the market. The TRU-SEAL technology eliminates the need for adding a sealing plate. O-rings on the mounting screws keep the plate watertight to the slide, sealing out moisture and preventing corrosion in the mounting threads. Radian’s STUD-LOCK threaded nut/mounting interface is one of the most secure available. The system provides longer thread engagement, greater hold, and decreased shear resistance.

The Guardian can also be bundled with Six backup sights that seamlessly integrate into the Guardian optic mount. Providing a backup option in case your red dot fails, these sights feature anti-glare, anti-snag, and ultra-low co-witness design, lying inconspicuously in wait until needed. Like a wingman when things aren’t going as planned, SIX™ has your six.

The Radian Guardian +Six will be available around the three-quarter mark of this year. The Guardian will retail for $129.95, and the Guardian and Six combination will be priced at $189.95.
