A bombshell of bad news was dropped on fans via Twitter yesterday on CD Projket Red official Twitter account. Cyberpunk 2077 has officially been delayed by the CDPR. Cyberpunk was official slated to release on April 16th, 2020 and now has been push back to September 17th, 2020.
Down the road CD Projket Red will explore an multiplayer gameplay with Cyberpunk 2077. Recently, during an investor call President of CD Projket Red Adam Kicinski briefly touched on on the subject of potential monetization of Cyberpunk 2077.
This week at PAX Australia Cyberpunk 2077 will be shown off at three live demos on the show floor. Local Australian publisher Bandai Namco showed off about 45 minutes of gameplay footage today. In that gameplay footage we get an chance to see a couple new gameplay mechanics.
CD Projket Red Cyberpunk 2077 is by far and away the most anticipated game of 2020. (In my humble opinion). All the footage we have seen recently has been released to the public after close door viewings for press and social media influencers. Now, that is all changing with PAX Australia.
Yesterday, CD Projket Red conducted a live stream of gameplay for Cyberpunk 2077. The livestream was called the 2019 Deep Dive Stream. The purpose of this stream was to show off how gameplay will work within Cyberpunk 2077. CD Projket Red showed about 15 minutes of actual gameplay footage during the stream.
Last week at Gamescom 2019 there was limited news on Cyberpunk 2077. We did receive over a 100 photos of in-game screenshots that give us greater insight into the world and character design of Night City and it’s residence.
