Zev Technologies dropped a bombshell of news on the industry with some interesting addition to its extensive catalog. Yesterday, Zev unveiled on their Instagram account their support of the Sig Sauer P320 and P365 platforms. This is the first time Zev is stepping out of the Glock platform to make a pistol or accessories for another platform.
This comes as a surprise and delightful growth from Zev as a company and brand. Zev has been known as the primer company for aftermarket Glock parts in the industry. Now, they have stepped outside the Glock market and into the SIG P320 and P365 markets with their new product launch.
Let’s dive-in and see what Zev Technologies brings to the SIG P320 and P365 platforms and its customers. First, we will discuss the two new pistols available from Zev. Then, we will talk about the accessories available for the SIG P320 and P365 platforms.
The New Zev Pistols
Zev chose to use Sig Sauer’s P320 X-Series as the platform of choice for their new pistols. The X-Series from SIG features: a redesigned grip module with stippling and enhanced beavertail, the X-Series flat face trigger, optics ready slide, and Sig Sauer XRay 3 night sights. The new pistols will be compact/carry frame SIG pistols. Zev offers the Zev Z320 XCompact and the Zev Z320 Compact.
Below is the product description and features of the new Zev Z320 pistols from Zev’s website. (Product description essential the same with little variation.)

Not only did Zev drop a new lineup of pistols but, we also got some new accessories to take our pistol from basic to Gucci in no time flat. Zev will be offering slides, barrels, and sights for the P320 and P365 platforms.

SIG P365 Accessories
Zev is also accommodating accessories for the popular SIG P365 platform. For the SIG P365 you will be receiving slides and barrels for the platform. I’m sure Zev will offer more down the line. As, of now Zev will have slides and Pro barrels for P365 and P365XL. The new Octane P365 slides come in DLC black and Titanium Grey. The new Octane slides for the P365 and P365 XL does not offer windows as its P320 counterpart. Zev offers a P365 and P365XL Pro barrels.
All of SIG’s P365 and P365XL Octane slides will retail at $420 MSRP. The Pro barrels will retail for $199.99 MSRP.
The announcement and collaboration with SIG SAUER is showing Zev is much more than the premier company for aftermarket Glock parts and accessories. It shows that Zev is willing to grow and set outside their comfort zone as a company and potentially do it successfully on another platform. It is just a wait and see how the industry and the community responds. I have a firm belief that Zev will have success within the SIG P320 and P365 platforms.
What do you think of Zev’s new pistol and accessories? Do you think Zev will have success within the SIG market? Let us know you’re thoughts in the comments below.
