Trijicon vs. Holosun

Back in July Trijicon sued Holosun Technologies over alleged patent infringement of two Trijicon’s patents. The two patents that Trijicon claimed Holosun infringed on was the RMR and SRO optics. This lawsuit by Trijicon wasn’t filed immediately by Trijicon. Back in January Trijicon informed Holosun in writing of the patent infringement on Trijicon’s 541 patent. Holosun was also informed again in February on the 12th and 21st of the potential patent infringement. In July Trijicon took Holosun to court over potential patent infringements.

Fast forward to late Tuesday and Holosun releases a press release on Instagram regarding the patent infringement case brought by Trijicon. In the post Holosun informs followers that it has resolved court filings of patent lawsuit initiated by Trijicon.
