At, the NRA Annual Meeting last week Taurus released the first of its kind custom-tuned revolver the Executive Grade 856. The new custom built revolver from Taurus will be chambered in .38 Special and will be able to handle +P defensive ammunition. Each new revolver has an individual gunsmith assigned to its production and is built with stunning craftsmanship and and stringent quality control measures in place to ensure the highest quality. The production of these Executive Grade revolvers are so important to Taurus that they produced in its own self-contained production area.
The Executive Grade 856 comes packed with premium features such as a custom hand-polished satin finish, Altamont walnut checkered grips, chamfered cylinder chambers, concealed hammer, and a hand tuned trigger. These features allow for a blending of performance and comfort. The new six shot .38 Special +P revolver is packed with features and is double action only. The concealed hammer allows for easy conceal carry without worry of the your hammer getting snagged on clothing or gear. The Executive Grade 856 also comes with a premium grade Pelican Vault hard case to round out your selection.

Taurus’s new custom grade revolver features a lot of similarities to the highly regarded Smith & Wesson Model 600 for an easy $200 dollars less. The new Executive Grade 856 .38 Special +P revolver officially launched to the market on Friday. The new Executive Grade 856 should be heading out to your local Taurus retailers soon and will retail for $689.

I was deployed twice during my time in. I did one deployment to Afghanistan and my second was on apart of 31st MEU. I departed the military in September of 2015. I currently work as an RSO at a local range in Vegas.
