Last year, like many other industry events and shooting events Big Sandy was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Now, the popular and highly anticipated shoot in Arizona is back on the calendar for late March of 2021.
Big Sandy 2021 will take place from March 19th-21st. If you want to just partake in the festivities and not shoot it is a $35 registration fee. You can still shoot the firearms that are there but, you are unable to bring your own. There will be areas for RV’s and camping on site. The camping area is free and food trucks will available so you can grab something to eat while enjoying the event.
Big Sandy will have everything from the big artillery pieces to pistol and everything in between. Sandy definitely has something to meet every firearm historian and enthusiasts needs. You will have PPSH-41s, MP-5s, M-16s, MG-42s, M240B, and artillery pieces. In order to shoot at the event you must register online as shooter, at this link.
